Confirmation and Cancellations

We are open year round and will try to work with you on arrival dates and departure times. However, our normal weekly rates run Saturday to Saturday with check in time at 2 PM and check out time at 9 AM. We require a $250 deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit is applied to your rental fee. If you cancel your deposit is refunded only if we rebook your entire week. No exceptions we require deposit for all bookings due to previous cancellation problems. 

   If you would be interested in a lodge/cabin exchange..I would be willing to exchange a week or two at my lodge, in exchange for a week or  two at your lodge, cabin, hunting camp, etc. I am especially interested in exchanging time for  Nov15-22 (Michigans gun hunting season) on 40 acres or more of private land/camp.
